Description

Herb Valley Valerian and Passion Flower acts as a mild sedative herbal medicine. It can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep at night and may also relieve stress and anxiety during the day.

Valerian is known world-wide for its calming and soothing effect on the body. Herbalists often use Valerian for panic attacks and to relieve nervous tension. Traditionally it has been used to relieve muscle cramps related to stress,
menstrual cramps and PMS.

In conjunction with Valerian, Passionflower too is beneficial for muscle tension and extreme anxiety. The combination of these herbs provides gentle, non addictive relief to insomnia and nervous irritability.

Recommended Daily Dosage

Adults and Children over 12 years – Take one tablet, once or twice daily with meals, OR one or two tablets one hour before bedtime.

Or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Medicine Interactions

Avoid use with Barbiturates.

Caution

Please consult your Health Care Practitioner if you are taking Central Nervous System depressants.
