Description

Magnesium plays an essential role in a wide range of fundamental biological reaction in the body and is therefore essential for health and well being.

Magnesium is an essential mineral required by the body. Magnesium is a catalyst in enzyme activity and assists calcium and potassium uptake. Magnesium is required for the transmission of nerve and muscle impulses. Deficiency may cause symptoms such as insomnia, poor digestion and irritability.

Recommended Daily Dosage

Adults 18 years and over – Take one or two tablets daily prior to food.

Or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Magnesium and Vitamin B6 may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Please consult your Health-care practitioner.

Caution

This medicine contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.
